				<description>As a VMC Operator, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process by operating Vertical Machining Centers (VMC). This position is based in Savli and requires a hands-on approach to machine operation. 

Key Responsibilities:

- Machine Setup: Prepare and configure VMC machines for production runs by installing the necessary tools and programming the machine settings. This ensures optimal performance and accuracy.

- Quality Control: Monitor the machining process to ensure that parts meet specified dimensions and quality standards. Regular checks will help prevent defects and maintain high production quality.

- Tool Management: Select, maintain, and replace tools as necessary to ensure efficient machine operation. Keeping tools in good condition is essential for producing precise components.

- Maintenance Tasks: Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on the VMC machines to prevent breakdowns and ensure smooth operations throughout the shift.

- Documentation: Keep accurate records of production runs, machine performance, and maintenance activities. Documentation aids in tracking progress and quality assurance.

Required Skills and Expectations:

- Candidates should have a completed I.T.I. qualification, with a strong understanding of machining processes and VMC operation.

- A minimum of 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in operating VMC machines is necessary. Familiarity with CNC programming and tool selection is highly desirable.

- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality are essential traits for maintaining the standard of manufactured parts.

- Good communication skills and teamwork are important as you will collaborate with other operators and supervisors on the production floor. 

- The ideal candidate must be male and available for full-time work from the office location.</description>
