 PRINCIPAL DUTIES:
1. Responsible to achieve sales budget for respective Branch attached herewith. The given budget is Product wise / Month wise /Client wise.
2. To service all clients with utmost care and delight them with our approach and services.
3. Ensure that following works are performed in real time:
a. Collecting and forwarding orders/payment/C-H Form/design/specifications/inquiry to HO on the same day.
b. Monitor all clients account for payment / C-H Form / TDS Certificate / Export documents and collect them in time and send them to HO.
c. Forwarding customer complaints to QC Department and then follow up to close the complaint as per satisfaction of client
4. Send following reports to HO in time:
a. Monthly sales projection by 1st of every month.
b. Yearly budget before 15th March for next year.
c. Budget / projection / actual sales / order / pending order report daily.
d. C Form / H Form collection pending report daily.
e. Payment collection pending payment v/s collection daily
f. Critical issue report daily.
g. Progress in pending issues daily.
5. Maintain the discipline, cleanliness in your Branch.
6. See that all staff working under you at your Branch performs work and deliver the result. Send their performance report at regular interval.
